We went to a pumpkin patch with Megan’s preschool class on Friday. The girls loved taking a hayride out to the field.
As soon as she was off the wagon, Megan announced that she would get her own pumpkin and headed out to the farthest reaches of the field with her cute little friend. They pretty much covered the perimeter of the field; and sure enough, Megan came back at snack time carrying her own pumpkin. She is Miss Independant!
Emily, on the other hand wanted me to carry her everywhere. I guess I should take it as a compliment. She was very serious about her pumpkin selection. You can see her here inspecting a potential jack-o-lantern candidate. We ended up looking at several before she settled on an excellent tall one. By all standards, it was a smashing success. ;-D

How fun! Emily’s curls still melt me. I can’t wait to see the faces your carve/paint… whatever you end up doing!
SO cute! It’s so fun to see what happens with their different personalities! Which pumpkin patch did you go to? Would you recommend it?
We went to J&J Garden Center, which is GREAT. They offer a free tractor pulled hayride to the field and had tons of other cute stuff there. However, it is in Layton. If you don’t mind the drive, give me a call and I will give you directions. Of course you should be having a baby any second!!!
Looks like fun. It is so fun to hear about the girl’s cute personalities.
