		<description>I loved it too!  I&#039;ve read the cookbook from cover to cover.  Now on to the cooking (and eating) of course.  You must try her crescent rolls.  They are the best rolls I&#039;ve ever had. Or made for that matter.</description>

I plan meals for two weeks, however, I don&#039;t assign a meal a specific night because depending on what happens that day, where I spent the afternoon, kind of effects my timing plan. But, I keep a list in my cupboard of what &quot;meals&quot; I have so that I don&#039;t forget (which has been known to happen!)

Not to mention, on my list you&#039;ll see things like pancakes, baked potatoes and other easy schmeasy (aka lazy) dinner ideas to help on those slow days. I wish I could have gone with you.</description>
